E3/EASE Enrichment
The E3 Program is comprised of enrichment classes—a variety of individual classes with an emphasis on fine arts and physical education—and a study hall. Students begin the afternoon in a homeroom setting with roll call, announcements, short instruction regarding the enrichment day and a snack provided by parents. Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 3-5pm, students attend an enrichment class and study hall. On Fridays students participate in fun organized activities instead of study hall. The period between 5-6pm is supervised and may include playground activities, board games or reading.

Youth Services Program
The Beyond the Bell (BTB) Branch of the LAUSD Youth Services Section provides an after school safe haven for children. Trained supervisors conduct the program each day after school for children at nearly all Los Angeles Unified School District elementary and middle schools. This program is provided free-of-charge to participants. The program operates from the time of school dismissal until the posted closing time to better meet the recreational and supervision needs of children, as well as those of working parents. Expanded program hours may be provided on minimum and shortened days to provide safe and supervised activities. The daily program may include various sport and game activities, such as basketball, kickball, softball, soccer, handball, flag football, board games, homework club. The Youth Services Program is a permissive program where participants arrive and leave at their own discretion and of their own volition. All participants must conduct themselves in a manner that is consistent with the rules of the school and playground.
