all positions serve a one year term beginning july 1, 2023.
VICE PRESIDENT
This elected position works closely with the PTA President, committee chairs and the principal to set the calendar with events and fundraisers, leads PTA meetings , and get things done! This high priority position to fill is important as the community outreach chair and authorized financial representative.
FINANCIAL SECRETARY
This elected position works closely with the Treasurer and other financial officers in handling the PTA funds, assists in preparing monthly reports of incoming and outgoing monies and submits records for audits.
PARLIAMENTARIAN
This appointed position learns the PTA bylaws, assists with official proceedings at meetings and keeps notes on upcoming changes that may affect future bylaw drafts.

Committee chairs are appointed and work directly with the board members to lead their department as well as manages parent and community volunteers in their purview.
